I don’t think this is a plugin - its three or four images taken together, according to dave the software then combines the images.
Oops I see now. Photomatix can combine the shots pretty easily. You can download a free trial or a beta version at http://www.hdrsoft.com/
Something tells me it just wouldn’t be the same with a sweeping shot of Downpatrick or Dunclug though…but you never know!
