To celebrate the both the World Cup final and the second installment of my autobiography, Pirates of the Caribbean 2, being released, I propose a weekend of galavantation. I’m open to suggestions, be it another round of the Game of Blanket at Ballywalter, a basketball tournament in Ormeau Park, or even a bit of raft […]

Now this looks great, a hark back to the days of Peter Jackson’s Braindead and Bad Taste:
“An experiment in genetic engineering turns harmless sheep into blood-thirsty killers that terrorize a sprawling New Zealand farm. There are 40 million sheep in New Zealand….and they’re pissed off!”
News that Jackson’s own Weta Workshop are going old school […]

The World Cup is long over, (wipe away tear) Luckily the creative guys over at this site have been creating very unique themed soccer balls. Each one of the design incorporates a medium specific to the country of origin. So for example, the United States’ ball is cloaked in denim, while the England ball is […]

This isnt a ghost and boo thing or any trunks like that.
Its a trick with colour. Basically you stare at the inverted colours for 30 secs then look at the black and white photo and you will see it in colour.
Works extremely well.
Try it

How to Ruin a Web Design:
“Group intelligence is multiplicative when idiots are involved - combining a half-wit with another half-wit does not result in a full-witted person, it results in a quarter-witted person (1/2 x 1/2 = 1/4). Combining a full-witted individual with a half-wit still only yields a half-wit. […]

It’s an emerging rule of thumb that suggests that if you get a group of 100 people online then one will create content, 10 will “interact” with it (commenting or offering improvements) and the other 89 will just view it.
If Web 2.0 is […]
