We warmly invite you to attend the Bearduary Belfast briefing session 
this evening - Thursday, 14 December, 2006 - at 17.15 in the Main 
Lecture theatre at the Art College.

For the uninitiated Bearduary is a beard growing event that Nicklas 
Persson and Christopher Murphy are jointly organising in January and 
February, 2007 as a work of art. Part of a global phenomenon it 
involves creatives from all over the world embracing the fine art of 
beard growing. To quote the founders:

“…in times of inclement weather when the wind bites and snarls, the 
landscape turns into bleak unforgiving tundra and the sun sets before 
the start of happy hour, a true gentleman grows a beard.”

We will be presenting a short lecture on the art of beard growing, 
running through some guidelines, and closing with a quickfire quiz: 
‘Famous Gentlemen - Bearded or Shaven?’ All fun. We hope to see you
