So now we’ve seen how Apple intend to throw mobile phones on their head with the spectacular iPhone maybe we should pay a little visit back to Dave’s post last August when he highlighted some of the really cool multi-touch screen technology which apple have put into the iPhone.

A company that Cisco own, has the iPhone trademarked and Cisco announced legal action straight after the launch
I knew I heard that name before! But I think it was for a phone connection or network or something, not an actual phone. Good luck to them…
It’s a voip phone…. Cisco argue that it close enough. I’d agree. If apple lose they might be in trouble for any new product launch, with the amount of i”insert product” stuff out there…

What I find really strange is that they quote it as Patented…..Hmmmmmm
Unless they bought the patent, or the patent is for the process in software/hardware rather than the idea.
